Originally from China, He was raised in Fujian Province and discovered his love for cooking at a very young age. He brings with him over 10 years’ experience in Chinese restaurants, as the Lily House Chinese Restaurant Rosscarbery and Rose Garden Chinese Restaurant Douglas, and has also played a supporting role in the openings of Chinese restaurants in Ireland. He founded Rose Garden Chinese Restaurant in 2011, and also served as Head Chef of Rose Garden.
